John Gray believed: Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus. But, did he also claim that they are not meant for each other? Well, some Bollywood's hot couples tell what makes a love affair work - a sure shot pyaar ka superhit formula that cannot go wrong.

So, how easy or difficult is it to handle a relation where both partners are from the same profession? John Abraham, who ahs been dating Bipasha Basu from past 4 years, says, "I am very proud of the fact that Bipasha has made her way in the film industry all by herself. I respect and rejoice her successful moments. I believe that her sheer dedication and hard work is what favours her. I don't see her success coming into the way of our smooth relation. Since we are mature and grown up, I understand the professional commitment she has to stick to even if she is roped in against other actors. I know she conducts herself very well so it doesn't bother me or make me insecure. Honesty, respect and trust is the essence of our relation."

Ishq Vishq is OK but isn't it heart burning to see your beloved in someone else's arms? "Initial six months of my relation with Kareena were full of insecurity but gradually it started cementing our relation and now for me her success as an actress is a real treat. We have passed that stage of our love," confesses Shahid Kapur.

Even Keli feels that he takes pride in the fact that her fiancé, Lara Dutta, has done so much for herself without having a Godfather in Bollywood. He says, "All I can say is that I enjoy being with Lara as much as I enjoy her success. Her success gives me strength to my love for her."
