Dubey dwelt upon various teaching tools at the disposal of a management teacher. He laid stress on the number of innovative management techniques that had been developed by various universities and management institutes recently. He elucidated the upcoming management areas such as health management, event management, social managment, disaster management, rural management and hospitality management.

He emphasized the role of case studies in these developing areas of management and enumerated valuable contribution made by ICFAI University Press, Hyderabad, in developing cases to cater to the demands of both Indian as well as foreign students.

He also talked about the changing scenario in India in terms of the corporate sector and lauded the efforts of various institutes in grooming the local talent. He appreciated the changing mind-sets of the youth, who, through firm objectives and dilligence had the confidence of meeting the challenges of the corporate world. He exemplified the role of management institutes in honing the skills of the students and being a contributor in the growth of the global economy.
