Supporters celebrate Raja Bhaiyya's acquittal

Supporters of Uttar Pradesh Civil Supplies Minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiyya celebrated his acquittal in a POTA case by a Jabalpur court by distributing sweets and bursting of crackers.

District president of the Samajwadi party, Diyaram Yadav led the celebrations at the district headquarters with workers joining in.

While Raja Bhaiyya and his cousin Samajwadi Party MP Akshay Pratap Singh were acquitted, the minister's father Uday Pratap Singh was sentenced to five-year imprisonment for possessing prohibited weapons.
