Supreet, Dheeya win squash titles

In another match, Gautam Sharma defeated Fateh Singh to secure the third position. Dheeya Saumaiya won the women’s title defeating Swati Muchal in the final. Raja Patel defeated Hemant Patwa to win the title in the veterans’ category. Gautam/Sanjay pair defeated Dheeraj/Amit in the final to win the men’s doubles title.

In the boys’ U-11 category, Yaduveer Singh beat Sarthak Bhatia 3-0, while in girls’ under-11 category, Ridima Kalani defeated Esha Budwal by 9-4, 9-2 to claim the title.

Usha Dave was the chief guest at the prize distribution ceremony. Ajeet Jhavar and Dhananjay Singh were felicitated. Sports secretary Devraj Badgara conducted the programme and Amit Budwal proposed a vote of thanks.
