Talukdar Yadav arrives to rousing welcome

INTERNATIONAL WRESTLER Talukdar Yadav who was given Yash Bharti award yesterday arrived here to rousing welcome. The city sportsperson and others took out a march in honour of Yadav. The procession, passing through various routes, reached the residents of cabinet minister Harishanker Tiwari and state minister Jaiprakash Yadav. After a short stay there, Yadav left for his native Nanda Nagar Dargahia, which is native place.

INTERNATIONAL WRESTLER Talukdar Yadav who was given Yash Bharti award yesterday arrived here to rousing welcome.

The city sportsperson and others took out a march in honour of Yadav.
The procession, passing through various routes, reached the residents of cabinet minister Harishanker Tiwari and state minister Jaiprakash Yadav.

After a short stay there, Yadav left for his native Nanda Nagar Dargahia, which is native place.

The sports persons and followers of Yadav raised slogans in favour of Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav and said the award to Yadav was an honour to the sports persons of eastern UP.

Talking to reporters, Yadav said Purvanchal had produced several international sportsmen. There was no dearth of talent in the region, but they required proper opportunities, he added.
