Undoubtedly the best among five-star restaurants, it's got the most unusual menu that takes the road less travelled for discerning diners. You wouldn't get Steamed Chicken with Gingko Nuts anywhere else, for instance. The accent is on relatively simple ingredients, like pickled bak choy, used innovatively. We recommend the Corn Cakes with Hot Garlic Sauce, Steamed Sliced Fish in Ginger Sauce, Chicken Chilli Mountain, King Prawns with Ginger and Spring Onions, and Stir-Fried Exotic Veggies in Chilli Garlic Coriander Wine Sauce.
