Delhiites woke up to another biting cold morning with fog causing visibility to dip to around 200 metres, according to the Met Department.

Even though the minimum temperature recorded in the morning was two notches higher than the normal at 8.6 degree Celsius, the presence of clouds failed to bring any relief from the chilly weather.

All flights except those enabled with CAT III B had to be either rescheduled or cancelled due to the foggy conditions, airport sources said.

The minimum temperature is expected to remain around eight and the maximum may go upto 14.6 degree Celsius, the weather office said.
