Third Front votaries befooling people: Babbar

MEMBER OF Parliament and Jan Morcha national president Raj Babbar on Sunday said those advocating formation of a‘Third Front were merely befooling the people.

He said the Jan Morcha would represent the people of the nation, particularly those of the weaker sections. He called upon people to join the ‘Mukti Sangram Rally’ in Lucknow on May 30 next, which had been organised to oppose the anti-people policies of the Samajwadi Party Government.

He was talking to newspersons at the PWD inspection house. He said the existing SP leadership had given in to capitalist forces.

He said it was ridiculous that development policies of the State were being decided by capitalists. He said owing to the misgovernance, the development of the State had come to a standstill.

Claiming that his Jan Morcha would become the real alternative to the Third Front, Jan Morcha president said those who were advocating for the Third Front were hypocrites.

He also said AB Bardhan, D. Raja, Atul Anjan of the Left parties, Lalu Prasad Yadav of the RJD, Ram Vilas Paswan of the LJP, CM Ibrahim, Akhilendra Pratap Singh of the CPI-ML, Jagdip Yadav of the SJP, Ramendra Janwar of Terai Kranti Dal and Mahendra Singh Tikait of BKU would join the rally.
