Online travel portal Travelguru has entered into a strategic alliance with Air-Deccan to make the tickets of the low cost airline available on its website www.travelguru.com.

Now, potential travellers can access the Travelguru portal and book Air-Deccan tickets in real time, together with the best deals both have to offer.

"Our mission is to make air travel affordable for all Indians. Towards this mission, we are delighted to enter into a key alliance with Travelguru, our first online travel partner," said Captain Gopinath, managing director of Air-Deccan in a statement, on Wednesday.

CEO and co-founder of Travelguru, Ashwin Damera said: "Through this strategic alliance between Air-Deccan and Travelguru, customers would benefit through increased travel options that could be viewed real time and convenience of swift payment."

Travelguru and Air-Deccan would integrate their customer relationship management capabilities so that online customers have access to both Travelguru as well as Air-Deccan contact centres to address their queries with speed and accuracy.
