Two trains collide in Allahabad station yard

The Chauri Chaura Express from Bihar and Bareilly-Mughal Sarai passenger ran into each other.

Two passenger trains collided on Thursday morning at the station yard in Allahabad. However, there were no injuries as the trains were dead slow.

The freak accident occurred around 8:45 pm, when the Chauri Chaura Express from Bihar and the Bareilly-Mughal Sarai passenger ran into each other just short of the platform. One of the trains slipped off the rails, said RK Gupta, divisional railway manager.
