MP CM Chouhan invites Modi to inaugurate Global Investors’ Meet

Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and formally extended him the invitation to inaugurate the Global Investors’ Summit to be held in Indore in October.

Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Thursday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and formally extended him the invitation to inaugurate the Global Investors’ Summit to be held in Indore in October.

The CM informed the PM that the investors’ summit was being organised with a view to showcase the progress of the state and also to attract domestic, national and international level investments to the state.

Commerce and industries minister Yashodhara Raje Scindia also accompanied Chouhan when he met the PM.

CM assured the prime minister that the target of opening bank accounts for all eligible citizens under the PM Jan Dhan scheme would be met before January 26.

Also the sanitation campaign in state would be taken up in a major way from October 2.

The CM congratulated Modi on his successful recent visit to Japan.
