We will solve Kavita Raina murder soon, says Indore SP

Indore police are scanning details of about hundred mobile numbers and concentrating people who were linked to the family members in Kavita Raina murder case.

Police have also some CCTV footages and identification of some people in that footages are going on.

Police are also quizzing one Rahul Sharma who was one of the friends of the Kavita Raina's husband; he was seen in footage of store near to Kavita Raina husband.

Other relatives and members close to the family were quizzed again by police on Saturday and Sunday.

On August 26, police recovered two gunny bags stuffed with body parts of Kavita Raina, resident of Mitra Bandhu Nagar under Kanadia police station from a nullah near Teen Imli. The body was sliced into six pieces.

Meanwhile, police are searching Raju who parked the scooty of Kavita Raina after the murder. Some teams were sent to various places for the search of Raju but till now he is not nabbed by the police.

A team of crime branch is searching the murder spot where the incident took place and concentrating on some areas including Azad Nagar and Kandaia and also started a search in these areas.

"We are very positive that we will crack the case soon. Some teams have been sent to various places to nab some suspects and soon the mystery will be solved," said SP (West) Kalyan Chakrabarthy.
