Four persons were killed and seven others injured when they were hit by a speeding dumper in Dausa district, police said on Saturday.

The accident took place last night in Bilonikalan village in the district, when the vehicle hit some persons who were sleeping and sitting on the roadside, they said.

Three were killed on the spot, while one succumbed to injuries at a hospital, they said, adding, condition of the injured is stated to be stable.
