Sonam Kapoor will appear on the sixth episode of Koffee With Karan with her brother, Arjun Kapoor. The mom-to-be dropped the trailer and a few pictures of the Raksha Bandhan special episode on Instagram and won the maternity fashion moment in a black off-shoulder gown.

Though she has made only a few public appearances or social media posts after announcing her pregnancy with her husband, Anand Ahuja, actor Sonam Kapoor is still one of the best-dressed moms-to-be in the film industry. And she proved this once again as she appeared on season 7 of Koffee With Karan with her brother Arjun Kapoor. The two siblings will feature in the Raksha Bandhan special episode of the talk show, and the trailer and a few pictures from the sets made it to social media today. Sonam won another maternity fashion moment with her fit for occasion - a black off-the-shoulder gown.

On Tuesday, Sonam Kapoor and Karan Johar took to Instagram to drop a hilarious trailer of episode 6 of Koffee With Karan. The new mom-to-be also shared a few pictures from the sets and captioned her post, "Ufff I'm a huge mess." They show Sonam dressed in a red-carpet-ready all-black gown and looking gorgeous as ever. Additionally, her pregnancy glow acted as the cherry on the cake. Check out the pictures and video below. Sonam's off-the-shoulder velvet gown comes in a classy black shade and features a plunging sweetheart neckline flaunting her decolletage. The ensemble also has exaggerated puffed half-length sleeves, a figure-hugging silhouette accentuating Sonam's baby bump, and a floor-grazing hem.

Sonam glammed up her all-black ensemble with gold hoop earrings adorned with pearls, matching statement rings, and sandals. In the end, Sonam chose centre-parted open tresses, glossy mauve lip shade, black winged eyeliner, subtle eye shadow, blushed cheeks, dewy base, beaming highlighter, sharp contouring and mascara on the lashes for the glam picks.

Sonam's black gown moment proved that the little black dresses (LBD) are getting an upgrade. Midi-length dresses or floor-sweeping gowns are taking over our favourite celebrities' wardrobes. So, don't forget to invest in a chic black outfit, and make an unforgettable impression at the next party you attend. However, don't just ditch that LBD yet.

Meanwhile, Sonam Kapoor announced that she and Anand Ahuja are pregnant with their first child in March this year. The couple tied the knot on May 8, 2018, in Mumbai.
