Full split pose or Hanumanasana Benefits:
Hanumanasana or a full split is a challenging seated pose that requires the work of the hips and hamstrings while balancing the upper body on the pelvis. It stretches the hamstrings, mobilises your knees and hips, stimulates the digestive and reproductive organs, stretches the back muscles, and releases tension and stress.
