The video shows Janhvi, dressed in an orange tank top over a white sports bra and black shorts, sitting in a yoga studio in Yoga's Sukhasana or Easy Pose with her eyes closed. The pose is a simple cross-legged sitting asana, usually practised during meditation. The star meditated in the asana as the Om chant played in the background.

The picture shows Janhvi doing a side leg raise by placing one leg on the hammock and balancing the body on the other leg, with hands folded in front of her chest. The star kept her body erect to do the session, thus stretching the lower body parts.

Meditation Benefits:

Meditation has several mindfulness benefits. It helps gain a new perspective on stressful situations, build skills to manage stress, increase self-awareness, focus on the present, reduce negative emotions, boost imagination, creativity, patience and tolerance.

Aerial Yoga Benefits:

Aerial Yoga is great for people suffering from back pain as it doesn't strain the spine. It allows one to breathe deeply by increasing lung capacity, enhances flexibility, relieves stress, burns calories, and stretches muscles.
