Practice more asanas like these for a better health.” He further added that according to studies, it has been observed that practice of yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation can help in boosting the functioning of the lungs. He further suggested three yoga asanas that can be practised at home on a regular basis, in order to improve lung capacity.

The yoga asanas suggested by Sarvesh in the video comes with multiple health benefits. Bhujangasana helps in stretching the muscles in the chest, shoulders and the abdominal area. It also helps in rejuvenating the heart, enhancing flexibility and decreasing stiffness in the lower back. Matsyasana, on the other hand, helps in reducing abdominal fat, strengthening the spine and promoting respiration. It also helps in alleviating symptoms of respiratory problems. Dhanurasana helps in enhancing blood circulation, adjusting the posture of the body and managing symptoms of Diabetes and chest ailments.
