The Dhule Lok Sabha constituency in Maharashtra comprises six Vidhan Sabha (legislative assembly) segments. These segments are Dhule Rural, Dhule City, Sindkheda, Malegaon Central, Malegaon Outer and Baglan.

The sitting member of the Lok Sabha from this seat, one of the 48 constituencies of the state, is Dr. Bhamre Subhash Ramrao of the BJP who in 2014 defeated Amrishbhai Rasiklal Patel of the Congress by over one lakh votes.

The general elections will be held across India in seven phases beginning April 11 and the counting of votes will take place on May 23.
