Cops to probe Mafatlal
The magistrate court, on Wednesday, ordered the police to look into the complaint filed by Maruksha Mafatlal against her step-mother Sheetal Mafatlal.

The magistrate court, on Wednesday, ordered the police to look into the complaint filed by Maruksha Mafatlal against her step-mother Sheetal Mafatlal.
The court was hearing a complaint filed by the 19-year-old daughter of Atulya Mafatlal, who alleged that Sheetal had stolen precious paintings, family jewellery and other artifacts from their bungalow while Atulya was in London for cancer treatment.
“The court ordered the police to conduct an investigation into the complaint. If investigations reveal that Sheetal stole the said objects, an FIR will be lodged against her,” said Maruksha’s advocate Hrishikesh Mundargi.
