MET premises not being used illegally by my family: Bhujbal

“Everybody knows that my family lives in our bungalow Ramtek. There is no illegal showroom in the premises. The allegation that I had taken Rs25 crore from the trust for naming the Nashik campus as Bhujbal Knowledge City is a joke,” said Bhujbal in a statement issued by his office on Monday.

He said that the allegations made by his former colleague and MET co-founder Sunil Karve were defaming the institute. The assistant charity commissioner inspected the eighth and tenth floors of the premises on Saturday. The inspection was carried out on the basis of an April 4-order which said that Bhujbal should not use the premises for purposes other than educational before the inspection.
