Before returning to the parent cadre, Sahay was with the Union food and civil supplies ministry. Rajesh Agrawal, who headed treasury, will be new information technology secretary. Another Indian Administrative Service officer Radhika Rastogi will be managing director of the Maharashtra Small Scale Industries Development Corporation. VV Vaidy, who held a World Bank assignment till recently, has been made additional divisional commissioner of Pune.
