Former President Pratibha Patil visited ailing Shiv Sena chief Balasaheb Thackeray at his residence, Matoshree, in suburban Bandra on Saturday.

Former President Pratibha Patil visited ailing Shiv Sena chief Balasaheb Thackeray at his residence, Matoshree, in suburban Bandra on Saturday.
Patil was accompanied by her husband Devisingh Shekhavat, sources said.
She was there for about 10 minutes and Shiv Sena executive president Uddhav Thackeray was also present at the meeting.
The Sena had extended support to Patil when she had contested the Presidential election in 2007.
