PVR shares jump on Thai firm's stake hike plan
Shares of PVR Ltd jumped by its maximum daily limit of 10 percent on Thursday after Thailand's Major Cineplex said in an interview to Reuters it is looking to raise its stake in the Indian company.

Shares of PVR Ltd jumped by its maximum daily limit of 10 percent on Thursday after Thailand's Major Cineplex said in an interview to Reuters it is looking to raise its stake in the Indian company. Major holds about 11 percent in the Indian firm.
PVR shares later eased to 183.15 rupees, still up 4.9 percent.
