TC mobbed over train delay

On Wednesday evening, passengers waiting to board the Mandovi Express from Mumbai CST mobbed the ticket collector, claiming that were not informed about the four-hour delay in the departure schedule in advance. The delay due to the landslide in the Konkan region owing to incessant rains there on Tuesday.

While the train was supposed to depart from Mumbai CST at 6.45pm, passengers were made to wait till 11.15 pm. Station authorities did not register a complaint against the angry mob.
