In his free time, Vir has been visiting a lot of underground music venues to learn more about that genre in the US. “The underground music culture is big there, and Vir wants to bring some of it to India. In fact, he has apparently even had a few conversations with some such musicians, about bringing them to India for gigs and events,” says an insider.

Confirming the news, Vir says, “Underground music is so unique and raw. It’s a new wave, and given that India’s music culture is currently going through an interesting phase, I felt this was the perfect fit. My band and I are now working to see how we can best collaborate [with these artistes] and also give people in India a taste of this [underground] culture and genre.”
