FAIZABAD: Three patients died within two hours at the Faizabad district hospital on Sunday night soon after the nursing staff put oxygen masks on them. Their relatives blamed the lack of oxygen supply for the deaths and allegedly manhandled the hospital staff. They claimed the nursing staff put the oxygen masks on the patients though there was no oxygen in the pipeline.
