15 injured as speeding truck hits bus in G Noida

Fifteen passengers, including a six-year-old girl and three women, were injured when a UP roadways bus was hit by a truck in Greater Noida on Saturday. HT reports.

Fifteen passengers, including a six-year-old girl and three women, were injured when a UP roadways bus was hit by a truck in Greater Noida on Saturday.

The bus with 50 passengers on board was on its way to Bulandshahr from the Noida depot in Sector 35.

All the injured were admitted to Yatharth Hospital in Greater Noida where the condition of two passengers is said to be critical, the police said.

The truck hit the roadways bus around 12.30pm.

The impact of the accident was such that the bus rammed a footpath, said the police.

The police said that drivers of the bus and truck were also hurt and are undergoing treatment in the hospital.
