Court rejects bail pleas of ex MP
A court here today dismissed the application of Former MP and JD(U) leader Vijay Krishna for regular bail in connection with the killing of his aide and transporter Satyendra Singh.
A court here today dismissed the application of Former MP and JD(U) leader Vijay Krishna for regular bail in connection with the killing of his aide and transporter Satyendra Singh.
Additional District and Sessions Judge (Patna) V K Jain rejected Krishna's application for regular bail.
Krishna was arrested from Faridabad in connection with the killing of his aide and transporter Satyendra Singh in August last after evading arrest for over two months.
Satyendra Singh, also a JD(U) leader and close aide of Krishna, who was RJD MP from Barh in Bihar before he switched over to the JD(U) at the time of last Lok Sabha polls, was abducted from here on May 23.
After intense search, police recovered Singh's body from the Ganga river under Khajekala police station here on June 11.
Krishna's son Guddu, also named in the case, is evading arrest.
