Karnataka development can't stop Advani's yatra: Nitish

There is no reason for BJP leader LK Advani to stop his on-going rath yatra on the corruption issue in the wake of former Karnataka chief minister BS Yeddyurappa having been sent to judicial custody by a Lokayukta court on graft charges, Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar said on Monday.

There is no reason for BJP leader LK Advani to stop his on-going rath yatra on the corruption issue in the wake of former Karnataka chief minister BS Yeddyurappa having been sent to judicial custody by a Lokayukta court on graft charges, Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar said on Monday.

"It cannot prevent Advani from speaking or campaigning against corruption," Kumar told reporters here when asked whether he approved of Advani's rath yatra against corruption following the Yeddyurappa episode.

"Law will take its own course on anybody facing corruption charges," Kumar said.
