Schools closed for two more days
The Patna district administration ordered closure of private and government schools for another two days in view of the incessant rains and water logging.

The Patna district administration on Monday ordered closure of private and government schools for another two days in view of the incessant rains and water logging in several areas.
Earlier, the shcools, which were closed till Saturday, were to reopen on Monday.
District Magistrate Jitendra Kumar Sinha said a decision to this effect was taken in view of the incessant rain and severe waterloogging in Rajendra Nagar, Bahadurpur, Saidpur, Kankarbadg and other localities.
In view of the situation and requests of guardians, the schools have been closed for another two days. The situation will be reviewed on Tuesday, Sinha added.
