Shahabuddin get bail in Arms Act case
Jailed former RJD MP Mohammad Shahabuddin was today granted bail in a case related to Arms Act by the Patna High Court.

Jailed former RJD MP Mohammad Shahabuddin was today granted bail in a case related to Arms Act by the Patna High Court.
Justice KK Mandal granted bail to Shahabuddin in a case related to alleged seizure of arms and ammunition from his house in village Pratappur on April 24, 2005.
However, Shahabuddin, who is in jail since November 7, 2005 in connection with this case, would continue to be in prison for his involvement in other criminal cases.
Justice Mandal had rejected the bail application of Shahabuddin in the case on January 7, 2009 with the observation that he could renew his bail application after six months.
