FIFA World Cup 2018: Belgium beat Japan in five-goal thriller

Belgium beat Japan 3-2 in a thrilling FIFA World Cup 2018 match in Rostov on Monday. After a dire first half the second half sprung into action when Genki Haraguchi gave Japan the lead in the 48th minute, a lead that was doubled by Takashi Inui in the 52nd. But remarkably Belgium scored three goals in last 25 minutes to break Japan hearts and book their quarter-final berth vs Brazil. Jan Veronghen scored the first in the 69th minute to atone for his mistake and then parity was restored by substitute Maroune Fellaini. The clincher was scored by another substitute Nacer Chadli in the 95th minute.
