A Sikh priest Jagtar Singh (C) sits behind the Guru Granth Sahib (the Sikh holy book) as a 'jalau', a show of Sikhism's symbolic items, is displayed inside their holiest shrine The Golden Temple in Amritsar, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the fourth Sikh Guru Ramdass. Ramdass was born in Lahore, Pakistan in 1574 and is known as the Chauthi Patshahi or the fourth Guru as well as the guru who established the city of Amritsar.
