In order to boost the immunity of the body, we all need to make changes in our diet and lifestyle. Nutritionist Anjali Mukerjee addressed the issue of how to avoid falling sick and noted down a few changes that should be brought in gradually in the lifestyle and the diet in order to stay healthy and fit.
