The three-day-long festival of Teej commenced on September 17 this year. Teej is a significant Hindu festival during which thousands of women visit Lord Shiva temples to worship. In Nepal, devotees from India and worldwide pilgrimage to the renowned Pashupatinath Temple, seeking blessings from Lord Shiva and Parvati for the welfare, joy, and prosperity of their families.  (AFP)
