Anxiety and low confidence walk together. When we feel anxiety, that helps in fueling low self-confidence. Low self-confidence, in turn, leads to more anxiety. Explaining this, Therapist Carrie Howard wrote, "Anxiety chips away at your self-confidence over time, and then having low self-confidence fuels more anxiety."
