Jennifer Aniston is a Hollywood celebrity who practices yoga. As per Hello Magazine, her yoga journey began in 2005 and helps her “rebalance and realign, and address any muscular imbalances in the body. It’s ideal to help calm the mind and improve breathing, too.”

In 2019, she posted on Instagram, “Yesterday was #InternationalDayOfYoga and seeing as I’m vacationing I forgot to post which I really wanted to BECAUSE yoga was a huge part of supporting my pregnancy. I loved my practice with my growing belly and connecting to her beautiful spirit.”

Jennifer Lopez not only practices yoga, she has also invested in a yoga studio. It is in an Indian-based yoga and wellness startup called SARVA. She said in a statment, "I have personally benefited from my regular practice of yoga and believe that it has made a difference to my life both physically and mindfully.
