1. Help your child create a routine: In absence of any routine, your children may face uncertainty and confusion that could create a huge void in their life. All the negative talk in their environment coupled with lack of any meaningful activity could take a toll on their mental health. It is important to teach them time management and importance of having a routine as it would create an awareness as to what is expected from them. It would also help reduce their stress and boost their confidence level. (Unsplash)expand-iconView Photos in a new improved layout

This could have a negative impact on children also as they tend to learn by observing their elders. 3. Make an attractive planner: Children like colourful things and things that engage them. Making a plan on a piece of paper won't work. It is important to make it interesting. "Hence, parents must make one visual planner for child which is easily accessible, and readable for the child," adds Kohli. (Unsplash)expand-iconView Photos in a new improved layout
