Photos: India overtakes Brazil with second-highest cases of Covid-19
On April 12, India overtook Brazil to become the second-most affected country globally in terms of Covid-19 cases. India reported a record 1,68,912 new infections on April 12 as the national recovery rate fell below 90 percent. The US has the highest number of cases at 3,11,98,055 while globally 13,61,36,954 cases have been reported as of April 12.
