  • A major snowstorm pushed through the Northeastern United States on Sunday, less than a week after a storm dumped more than 2 feet on parts of the region. By early afternoon, New York's Central Park reported about 3 inches. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said Sunday's snowfall, which started at around 9am in the city, would not close COVID-19 vaccination sites, reported AP. New Yorkers were out in full force on Sunday, enjoying city favourites, such as Central Park in Manhattan.
