What: Pune Doctors Association presents ‘Surotsav’, a musical concert by renowned Maharashtrian vocalists Mahesh Kale and Rahul Deshpande, young duo that has enthralled global audience with their classical and semi classical rendering. Mahesh Kale is from San Francisco Bay. He has won the 63rd National Film Award for Katyar Kaljat Ghusali. Rahul Deshpande brings with him timeless musical heritage of his grandfather - the great vocalist Pandit Vasantrao Deshpande. ‘Surotsav’ is a golden opportunity to listen to classical and semi classical songs and much loved ‘Katyar’ songs by Mahesh Kale and Rahul Deshpande. The funds raised from this show will be given to a Blind Association and an Old age Home.
