An official release said on Tuesday that those promoted were Shiv Kumar, Om Parkash, Satya Pal, Sultan Singh, Mohinder Singh, Dhanpat Singh, Prem Singh, Mohammad Jamal, Harinder Kumar, Anil Kumar, Rajesh Kumar, Uday Raj, Balwan Singh, Tirath Ram, Satya Pal, Yad Ram, Ram Bhaj, Krishan Kumar, Surinder Singh, Raj Pal, Rohtash Kanwar, Gorakh Pal, Ravinder Kumar, Satish Kumar, Bhagat Ram, Vijay Pal, Chander Pal, Joginder Singh, Dharambir Singh, Suresh Kumar, Gurmail Singh, Satbir Singh, Anil Kumar, Dalip Kumar, Madan Lal, Ajay Kumar, Daljit Singh, Pawan Kumar, Kuldeep Singh, Munish Kumar, Om Parkash, Rajesh Kumar, Subhash Chand, Raj Kumar, Ramesh Kumar, Kishori Lal, Desh Raj, Rajbir Singh and Dheeraj Kumar.
