ADCP (headquarters) Navjot Mahal said that Bajwa, a son of a cooperative mill managing director, surrendered at police station division number 7 during the day.

Sources said that two arrested accused Ramneek Singh Uppal alias Romi, son of SP Dharam Singh Uppal, and Amandeep Singh have revealed the name of another co-accused Ramtaj Singh during questioning even though police were yet to find his address.

Meanwhile, a local court sent Uppal and Amandeep in two-day police custody on Tuesday. The prosecution contended that police were yet to seize their mobile phones.
