Custody of 910 Rampal followers extended till Dec 17

As many as 910 followers of Satlok Ashram head Rampal were produced before a Hisar court through videoconferencing on Wednesday where their presence was marked. The custody of the accused, including a woman, was further extended to December 17.

Government prosecutor Ashok Mittal said the police have to file the charge-sheet in the court before February 19 after which the accused could submit their plea in the court. No one applied for bail on Wednesday. They are facing charges of sedition, sabotage, violence and attempt to murder.
