Five arrested for gambling

The city police arrested five in five separate cases for gambling on Thursday.The division number two police arrested Harkirat Singh of Field Gunj for provoking others to gamble. The police recovered Rs. 32,500 from the accused.

The city police arrested five in five separate cases for gambling on Thursday.The division number two police arrested Harkirat Singh of Field Gunj for provoking others to gamble. The police recovered Rs. 32,500 from the accused.

While the division number 6 police arrested Sudarshan Kumar of Mohalla Narinder Nagar, Darshan Lal Sharma of Bhagwan Nagar, Suresh Kumar of Gopal Nagar of Tibba road and Satish Kumar of Mayapuri. The police recovered Rs. 2,030 from their possession.
