The 4 PCS officers with fresh postings included Gurmit Singh (ADC, Khanna), Rajat Oberoi (assistant commissioner-general, Amritsar), Lovjeet Kalsi (SDM, Baba Bakala) and Arina Duggal (SDM Khamano).
