Man booked for causing death due to negligence
The police have booked a man for causing death of a person by giving him overdose of drugs. On a complaint by Jagdev Singh, father of victim Sukhdeep Singh, residents of Sohna village, the Dialpura police have booked Harvinderpal Singh under Section 304 A of the IPC.

The police have booked a man for causing death of a person by giving him overdose of drugs. On a complaint by Jagdev Singh, father of victim Sukhdeep Singh, residents of Sohna village, the Dialpura police have booked Harvinderpal Singh under Section 304 A of the IPC.
The complainant alleged that both the son and the accused used to take drugs and, on Saturday, both had drugs but due to overdose, his son died and the man, instead taking his son to hospital, ran away leaving him to fend for himself.
