The deceased Meena, a resident of Shivaji Colony of Rohtak, had committed suicide by taking an overdose of drugs on Monday night in the emergency ward of the PGIMS, and left a suicide note accusing the astrologer of blackmailing her for the past few days.
PGIMS police station inchrge Kuldeep Singh said, "The accused RK Sharma mentioned in the suicide note is still at large and we have formed teams to arrest him".
However, Rohtak DSP Amit Bhatia refused to comment saying that he was busy in a meeting.
On Tuesday, the DSP had assured the family members of the deceased that the police will arrest the accused soon.

Krishan Kumar, a relative of the deceased, said, "The police merely said that they are making efforts to arrest the accused, but we are waiting for action".
The police have registered a case under Section 306 and 387 of the IPC.
