Pre-budget hike in rail fares will hurt common man: Kalia
BJP national executive member and BJP Punjab spokesman Manoranjan Kalia has said that the government must rollback the hike in railway fares as it was carried out with only little time left before the official rail budget is to be presented.

BJP national executive member and BJP Punjab spokesman Manoranjan Kalia has said that the government must rollback the hike in railway fares as it was carried out with only little time left before the official rail budget is to be presented.
He alleged that increasing fares without taking the approval of Parliament was against the norms of democracy.
