Seven Pak chambers to take part in trade fair

Members of seven trade chambers from Pakistan will participate in the PITEX trade fair being organized in Amritsar from December 5 to 9. The trade fair is also likely to witness the participation of traders and businessmen from Egypt, Thailand, Taiwan, Ghana, Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Deputy Commissioner Ravi Bhagat said that trade chambers from Lahore, Islamabad, Sheikhupura, Sargodha, Gujarat, Jhang and Karachi, would take part. Pakistani stone, fabric, special silk from Benares, dry Fruit from Afghanistan and handicrafts from Gujarat were likely to be the main attractions of the fair.
